Refund Policy
Updated April 18, 2026. This policy explains how Luma Convert handles refunds for paid services, if and when paid billing is offered.
Subscriptions and billing
If Luma Convert offers paid plans, subscriptions, or one-time purchases, charges are billed according to the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins or a paid service has been activated.
When refunds may be considered
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis where there has been a clear billing error, a duplicate charge, or a service failure that materially prevented delivery of the purchased paid feature. Refund decisions remain at our discretion unless local law requires otherwise.
Situations usually not eligible
Refunds are usually not provided for partial use of a billing period, change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, unsupported files, third-party outages outside our control, or account restrictions caused by violations of our terms.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support from the email associated with your account and include your billing email, transaction details, the date of charge, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information needed to investigate the request.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a chargeback when possible so we can review the issue. Fraud prevention, abuse review, and payment processor requirements may affect the outcome of billing disputes.
