Using the service

By using Luma Convert, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for content you have the right to upload, process, and download. You are responsible for the files and materials you submit.

Free plan rules

Free usage is limited to one file per request, up to 25 MB per request, up to five completed conversions per day, and may require completion of a sponsored or rewarded ad flow before conversion starts.

Pro plan rules

Pro usage is currently limited to up to 50 files per request and up to 2 GB total upload size per batch. Signed-in Pro users may also receive local conversion history features. Access to Pro features depends on how your account is configured.

Third-party providers

Luma Convert relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, advertising, and file conversion. We are not responsible for outages, delays, link expiration, or service changes caused by those providers.

Availability and changes

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including pricing, plan features, file limits, ad requirements, and supported conversion routes.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Luma Convert is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss-related damages arising from your use of the service.
